29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition  a) 997 Postal Road ALLENTOWN, PA 18109, in the shop: On or about December 10, 2025 - employees exposed to tripping hazard due to a trench, measuring approximately 8 inches wide and 3 inches deep, stretching the length of the shop area, utilized to filter water into a recycling pit, has missing grate covers.

29 CFR  1910.29(e):(e) Covers.  The employer must ensure each cover for a hole in a walking-working surface:  a) 997 Postal Road ALLENTOWN, PA 18109, in the shop: On or about December 10, 2025 - employee operating a Marmo Meccanica  HTO-1B bridge saw, exposed to fall hazard due to working  in close proximity to a pit,  used for water filtration, that was not adequately covered. The expose side of the pit measures approximately 5ft long, 3 feet wide and 5 feet deep.

29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1):Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  a) 997 Postal Road ALLENTOWN, PA 18109, in the warehouse area: On or about December 10, 2025 - sufficient access and working space was not provided at electrical installation due to electrical panels being blocked by pallets of boxes and extraneous debris.
