29 CFR  1910.176(a): Permanent aisles or passageways were not appropriately marked:  a) On or about December 15, 2025, at the warehouse: employees were exposed to struck-by hazards, in that pedestrian walkways were not marked and designated for employees working/walking near forklift operations.  The Relogistics Services, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.176(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1722691, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 04-12-2024, with respect to a workplace located at 3965 Aero Place, Lakeland, FL 33811.
