29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  a. On or about December 18, 2025, at the staging area, two electrical service panels were not readily accessible, the protective bollards structure was placed within 14 inches from the panels.   NOTE 1: Merchants Market was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.303(g)(1) or its equivalent standard , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1806496, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 03-27-2025, with respect to a workplace located at 4000 Estate Diamond, Christiansted, St. Croix,  VI.  NOTE 2: Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health prior to citation issuance.
