The sign on the wall did not provide an appropriate hazard warning for the solution that could cause serious, delayed chemical burns.  C.	Etch Tank #2:  This tank contained tap water and was the rinse tank for Etch Tank #3.   The sign posted on the wall did not provide an appropriate hazard warning for the corrosive solution.  D.	Ferrocote Tank:  This tank contained a coating for parts.  The tank was not labeled and no placard/sign was observed on the wall behind the tank to indicate the identity of the contents and that the material could cause eye damage, was a skin and respiratory tract irritant and was a Category 4 flammable liquid.  E.	Etch Tank #6:  This tank contained tap water and was the rink tank for Etch Tank #5.   The sign posted on the wall did not provide an appropriate hazard warning for the corrosive solution.  F.	Etch Tank #5: This tank contained a solution of nitric acid, phosphoric acid, acetic acid and hydrofluoric acid.  The sign posted on the wall did not provide an appropriate hazard warning for the corrosive solution.
