(a) At the jobsite - On or about December 19, 2025, the employer exposed employees to a struck-by hazards, in that employees cut wood framing materials with the guard of the DeWalt circular saw held open with a framing pencil which did not allow the guard to retract back in place before and after cutting the materials and exposing the 7-1/4 inch blade.
