29 CFR 1910.213(c)(3): Hand-fed ripsaw(s) did not have non kickback fingers or dogs so located as to oppose the thrust or tendency of the saw to pick up the material or to throw it back toward the operator:  (a) Customs Department; On or about December 19, 2025, and dates prior, employee(s) operated a Delta brand model 93, 10 in. tilting arbor Unisaw, equipped with a 0.75 in. dado blade to cut/process wood components without anti-kickback devices in place, exposing employee(s) to hazards created by the abrupt, uncontrolled movement of stock.

29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed:   (a) Throughout the facility; On or about December 29, 2025, and dates prior, with respect to various woodworking machines in which energy control procedures were required, periodic inspections of the procedures were not performed at least annually to confirm accuracy and to verify that energy control measures were effectively applied.
