Body belts, harnesses, and other components used in personal fall arrest systems, work positioning systems, and travel restraint systems must meet the requirements of �1910.140.  On or about, January 5, 2026, at the location of TriMark USA dba S.S. Kemp & Co., LLC  6551 Grant Ave, Cleveland, OH 44105, the employer did not ensure that employees were properly wearing fall arrest system in compliance with 1910.140(e)(1)(ii)(B) in that the employee's legs were not secured through the leg loops of the harness preventing the fall protection system from working as intended to limit the initial arresting force of the falling employee to no more than 2000 pounds while picking orders on Raymond High-Level Order Picker Lift Truck (known to the employer as a cherry picker) (Model 540-OPC0TT, Serial #540-15-C22144) at heights up to 18 feet.
