On or about December 16, 2025, at Windmar Home Florida, Inc. DBA Windmar Solar and Roofing, the employer failed to report to OSHA within 24 -hours a work-related in-patient hospitalization of an employee. The employer notified OSHA on January 05, 2026, of the in-patient hospitalization.
