29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   a- 3rd Floor, North Facing, Building L, Moorestown NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards when performing surface preparation, sanding, touch-up, and other related activities to a commercial structure's third floor patio flooring, while at and near its unprotected edges without fall protection. Condition noted on or about 01/08/26.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
