The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated a. On or about January 8, 2026, employees on the west side of the building were engaged in aerial lift operations without fall protection two (2) were exposed to unprotected fall hazards of approximately 25-feet to the ground below by not being secured to the basket via lanyard.
