29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person:  a)Joy Construction LLC at 2120 North Minnesota, Mitchell, SD 57031: On or about and at times prior to January 12, 2026  the employer did not ensure that frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite was conducted by a competent person.  This condition exposed employees to various hazards to include falls, struck-by, and a lack of training.
