29 CFR  1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use:  a) Black Timber Furniture Company: On or about January 7th, 2026, and at times prior, employees were exposed to chemical hazards from top coats (Sirca6OPU77S15G10: xylene, ethylbenzene, ethyl acetate, and toluene), Hardeners (Sirca 6CTH3: n-butyl acetate, ethyl acetate, alifatic-aromatic polyisocyanate, toluene, butanone, and hexamethylene-di-isocyanate), and finishing aerosols (Sirca 6FPU50TIX: xylene, sec-butyl acetate, n-butyl acetate, ethylbenzene, and ethyl acetate)  while wearing tight fitting 3M half-mask, elastomeric respirators with an organic vapors cartridge to perform staining, painting, and finishing of wooden furniture.
