29 CFR  1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use:  a) Black Timber Furniture Company: On or about January 7th, 2026, and at times prior, employees were exposed to chemical hazards from top coats (Sirca6OPU77S15G10: xylene, ethylbenzene, ethyl acetate, and toluene), Hardeners (Sirca 6CTH3: n-butyl acetate, ethyl acetate, alifatic-aromatic polyisocyanate, toluene, butanone, and hexamethylene-di-isocyanate), and finishing aerosols (Sirca 6FPU50TIX: xylene, sec-butyl acetate, n-butyl acetate, ethylbenzene, and ethyl acetate)  while wearing tight fitting 3M half-mask, elastomeric respirators with an organic vapors cartridge to perform staining, painting, and finishing of wooden furniture. 29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1):The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  a) Black Timber Furniture Company, Spray Room: On or about January 7th, 2026, and at time prior, employees were exposed to chemical hazards while using xylene, ethylbenzene, ethyl acetate, toluene, butanone, and hexamethylene-di-isocyanate in the spray room without a written hazard communication program.  b) Black Timber Furniture Company, Spray Room: On or about January 7th, 2026, and at time prior, employees were exposed to chemical hazards while using xylene, ethylbenzene, ethyl acetate, toluene, butanone, and hexamethylene-di-isocyanate in the spray room without training the employees on the hazards associated with the chemicals.  c) Black Timber Furniture Company, Spray Room: On or about January 7th, 2026, and at time prior, employees were exposed to chemical hazards while using xylene, ethylbenzene, ethyl acetate, toluene, butanone, and hexamethylene-di-isocyanate in the spray room without maintaining safety data sheets for use and review by the employees working with the chemicals.
