29 CFR 1926.552(a)(1): The employer did not comply with the manufacturer's specifications and limitations applicable to the operation of all hoists and elevators.                                                                    a) At or near 71 Glennwood Ave., Leonia  NJ -  Roof Access - Street Facade:  employee was exposed to a 19 foot fall hazard while utilizing a RGC Material Hoist with a sign "Do Not Climb the track"  to access the roof edge of a two-story residential building, on or about 1/14/26.
