29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) New single-family structure located on Lot #302 at 302 Ryker Road Gillsville, GA 30543, Roof: On or about 01/14/2026, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 20-feet 4-inches to the lower ground, in that a fall protection system was not provided while engaged in residential roofing activities on a  6 in 12 pitched roof.  Jose Carrera Aranda was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number #1550267, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/11/2022, with respect to a workplace located at Stapleton Park 100 Everett Square, McDonough, GA 30252 Lot #74 .

29 CFR  1926.552(a)(1): The employer did not comply with the manufacturer's specifications and limitations applicable to the operation of all hoists and elevators.  a) New single-family structure located on Lot #302 at 302 Ryker Road Gillsville, GA 30543, Ground: On or about 01/14/2026, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards  in that, the wire rope of the material hoist had been replaced with nylon rope, which is outside of  the manufacture's recommendation.
