Reed Road Gainesville, GA 30507: On or about 01/14/2026, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that protective headwear was not provided to employees engaged in framing activities below overhead sheathing installation and framing activities.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles and debris.  a) New construction located on Lot #1 at 4767 E. Reed Road Gainesville, GA 30507: On or about 01/14/2026, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided to employees using these tools at 190 PSI while engaged in framing activities.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:   a) New construction located on Lot #1 at 4767 E. Reed Road Gainesville, GA 30507, Roof: On or about 01/14/2026, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 21-feet, 6-inches to the lower level from the 8/12 pitch roof, in that a fall protection system was provided to employees engaged in framing operations.
