29 CFR  1926.404(f)(6):The path to ground from circuits, equipment, or enclosures was not permanent and continuous:  a) On or about 12/01/2025, at the building floor area of the site, West Seneca, NY. A portable generator, that was in use for tack welding of metal pipes, did not have the ground. Green ground wire was hanging loose on the generator.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
