29 CFR  1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they are in their work area(s). (Electronic access and other alternatives to maintaining paper copies of the safety data sheets are permitted as long as no barriers to immediate employee access in each workplace are created by such options.)    On or about January 14, 2026 - Westside Veterinary Center P.C located at 220 W 83rd St New York, NY 10023 - Prep room.   a) Employees use antineoplastic (chemotherapy) drugs such as but not limited to Vincristine Sulfate and Adriamycin  to treat patients with lymphoma. The employer did not ensure that the safety data sheets (SDS) were readily accessible to employees in their work area.  NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASEFILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION NOR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
