29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) 280 W. 15 St. Ship Bottom, NJ: Employees were observed exposed to a fall hazard of approximately nine and a half feet to the ground below. The employees were sheathing a second floor level while working on the edge directly above the ground. The employees were not protected against falls by either personal protection or a rail system. Observed on or about 01/15/26  b) 280 W. 15 St. Ship Bottom, NJ: Employees were observed exposed to a fall hazard of approximately thirty feet to the ground below. The employees were installing support beams for a third story roof and walking on the beams throughout the structure. The employees were not protected against falls by personal fall protection. Observed on or about 01/29/26  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
