The employees were sheathing a second floor level while working on the edge directly above the ground. The employees were not protected against falls by either personal protection or a rail system. Observed on or about 01/15/26  b) 280 W. 15 St. Ship Bottom, NJ: Employees were observed exposed to a fall hazard of approximately thirty feet to the ground below. The employees were installing support beams for a third story roof and walking on the beams throughout the structure. The employees were not protected against falls by personal fall protection. Observed on or about 01/29/26  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
