29 CFR  1910.303(g)(2)(ii): In locations where electric equipment was likely to be exposed to physical damage, enclosures or guards were not so arranged and of such strength as to prevent such damage:  a) Loading Docks 18/19: On or about January 21th, 2026, 120 VAC adjustable articulating dock lights had exposed live wires.  b) Loading Docks 31/32: On or about January 21th, 2026, 120 VAC adjustable articulating dock lights had exposed live wires.

29 CFR  1910.305(e)(2): Switches, circuit breakers and switchboards installed in wet locations were not enclosed in weatherproof enclosures:  a) Loading Docks 20/21: On or about January 21, 2026, the weatherproof switch boxes to control the 120 VAC adjustable articulating dock lights had missing covers which prevent water intrusion.  b) Loading Docks 22/23: On or about January 21, 2026, the weatherproof switch boxes to control the 120 VAC adjustable articulating dock lights had missing covers which prevent water intrusion.
