29 CFR  1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points:  a) On January 27, 2026, Pop Mart Americas, Inc. did not ensure that the exit access in the Back Room was 28 inches wide at all points. Access from the register to the exit discharge located in the Back Room was limited to 16.5 inches.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification.  This documentation may include, but is not limited to, evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement, or other written records.
