Barry's Cabinet & Millwork, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1584781, citation number 1, item number 5b and was affirmed as a final order on July 29, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1952 W. Union Ave, B11, Englewood, CO 80110.
