29 CFR  1926.1052(c)(1)(i):Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail:  On or about January 28th, 2026, employees engaged in construction activities located at 1720 North 28th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68504, employees of the employer and employees of various sub contractors were exposed to fall hazards in that the only stairwell system on the job site that was being used for access and egress to get to and from multiple floors on the job site, contained more than four risers on each of the three stair systems, but did not contain at least one hand rail as required by the standard.
