OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by and caught-in-between hazards:  a) 1310 Hurffville Rd, Deptford, NJ - Warehouse Storage Area Main Building - The employer did not immediately isolate pertinent portions of the damaged storage rack systems. Employees working in close proximity, actively stocking, industrial steel racking systems with vertical column support damaged (greater than 1/2 inch deflection), column base plates with sheered or broken off anchor bolt, thus exposing the employees to struck-by and caught-in-between hazards. The racking system stores beer cases. This condition was observed on or about January 28, 2026.  NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
