29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest of travel restraint system that meet the requirements in subpart I of this part was not worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:  On or about 02/05/2026, at 1630 NE Jensen Beach Road, Jensen Beach, Florida, employees engaged in signage work were exposed to an approximated 15-foot fall hazard while working from an aerial lift without a means of fall protection such as a full body harness with a lanyard attached to the boom or basket.
