29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:   Worksite located at 317 Earle St., Lee's Summit, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a fall hazard. Employees were observed working on the roof of the house being built and were not protected from falling by the use of any means of fall protection.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(22):Employees using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall:  Worksite located at 317 Earle St., Lee's Summit, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards in that the employees were observed carrying sheets of plywood up the ladders. Employees would not be able to maintain three points of contact at all times and the bulky sheets could cause an employee to fall.
