29 CFR  1910.212(a)(3)(ii):Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s):  a. On or about February 5, 2026, employees used mold press #1 without a guard to protect employees from the point of operation.  b. On or about February 5, 2026, employees used mold press #2 without a guard to protect employees from the point of operation.  c. On or about February 5, 2026, employees used mold press #3 without a guard to protect employees from the point of operation.  d. On or about February 5, 2026, employees used mold press #4 without a guard to protect employees from the point of operation.  e. On or about February 5, 2026, employees used mold press #5 without a guard to protect employees from the point of operation.  f. On or about February 5, 2026, employees used mold press #7 without a guard to protect employees from the point of operation.  GSF Plastics Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR  1910.212(a)(3)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1770357, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on September 27, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 12035 Procter Street Houston, TX 77038
