OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by hazards from power driven overhead doors. a) Shipping Dock: On or about 2/6/2026, the employer did not ensure that the two overhead doors for the Shipping dock were equipped with safety door stop sensors. The electrically powered doors were not equipped with safety door stop sensors that would initiate retraction or stop closure in the event an employee is underneath, creating a crushing and/or struck-by hazard.
