29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  a- 1694 Pennington Road, Ewing NJ: The company worksite Foreman was exposed to ejection hazards when they were working from an articulated boom lift's elevated man lift basket without the required full body harness connected to the designated anchor point with a lanyard or other approved means. Condition observed on or about 02/06/26.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(14): Each employee working on, at, above, or near wall openings (including those with chutes attached), where the outside bottom edge of the wall opening was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels and the inside bottom edge of the wall opening is less than 39 inches (1.0 M) above the walking/working surface, is not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system.   a-1694 Pennington Road, Ewing NJ: On or about 02/06/26 a company worker, not using fall protection,  was exposed to fall hazards when assisting the company worksite Foreman with roof framing activities, while working outside of a commercial structure's window while standing on its the frame.    NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
