29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(v): A receptacle installed outdoors in a location protected from the weather or in other damp locations did not have an enclosure for the receptacle that was weatherproof when the receptacle was covered:  On or about February 10, 2026, outside rig manager's trailer, there was a 2-outlet receptacle box with a missing weatherproof cover.  Ensign United States Drilling, Inc.  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1737135, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on April 21, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at Ensign Rig #773, 4 miles SE from Odessa, Odessa, TX, 79760.
