29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  a. On or about February 11, 2026, at the laundry area, an electrical service panel was not readily accessible, materials such as trash bags, broom and a plastic 2-step stool were stored in front of the panel.   NOTE 1: Lindbergh Bay Hotel and Villas was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.303(g)(1) or its equivalent standard , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1643944, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 04-17-2023, with respect to a workplace located at 8075 Lindbergh Bay, St. Thomas, VI.  NOTE 2: Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer during the inspection.
