29 CFR 1910.151(c):  Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  a) JD Logistics Inc. DBA JD Logistics US.  - Water filling area:  The employer did not have a readily accessible eye wash station that provides 15 minutes of continuous flow for flushing of the eyes where forklift operators fill the forklift batteries with water, the employees are exposed to the battery acid.  Occurred on or about 02/11/2026.
