29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:   On the roof of a residence, located at 215 Gulf Blvd., Indian Rocks, Florida 33785 : On or about 2/11/26, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that training was not given to employees on how to recognize and minimize fall hazards before performing masonry work.
