29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) 3301 Bay Avenue, Ocean City NJ: Employees engaged in framing installation and other related activities were exposed to fall hazards, roughly 40 feet to the ground surface below, when walking on and working near unprotected edges and open trusses of the fourth-floor roof level of a residential structure without the use of fall protection. Condition observed on or about 02/11/2026.
