29 CFR  1926.503(c)(3): The employer did not retrain affected employees  who already had been trained but demonstrated inadequate  understanding and skill required by paragraph (a) of this section:  a) On or about February 13, 2026, at the worksite, 8955 Avery Road, Baldwinsville, NY 13027:  the employer failed to retrain affected employees on the use of fall protection and the recognition of fall hazards when the employees demonstrated inadequate understanding of their previous training.
