29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1):Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: At the workplace located at 3260 North 7th Street Trafficway Kansas City, KS 66115 , employees performing operations and warehousing activities were exposed to posed to chemical hazards in that the employer failed to implement a written hazard communication program. The employees had not been provided effective information and training to recognize, evaluate, and control exposure to hazardous chemicals including but not limited to Glucopex CG-50 which is an irritant, Acetone which is flammable, orange 90 degreaser which is toxic and an eye irritant.
