29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems:  a) On or about 02/06/2026 at the building roof area of the site, Williamsville, NY.  Employee, who  was installing a standing seam roof of a steel structure building, did not have fall protection when the employee's location was 6 feet away from the edge of the roof. The roof was 1 in 12 in slope, and the eave height was 34.5 feet.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
