29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: a) New construction located on Lots 64-70 at 5892 Serenade Ave., Braselton, GA 30517, Top plate: On or about 02/06/2026 the employer exposed employees to impalement hazards, in that 40 pieces of 23 inch long rebar were not covered or capped to protect workers performing framing operations directly above.
