On or about February 18, 2026, at the jobsite, subcontractor employees utilized means of egress routes and shared work areas where temporary deficiencies in exit signage were observed during ongoing construction activities, exposing employees to delays in identifying a designated exit should an emergency requiring evacuation occur.
