29 CFR  1926.34(b): Exits and access to exits were not marked by a readily visible sign:   a. On or about February 18, 2026, at the jobsite, subcontractor employees utilized means of egress routes and shared work areas where temporary deficiencies in exit signage were observed during ongoing construction activities, exposing employees to delays in identifying a designated exit should an emergency requiring evacuation occur.

29 CFR  1926.51(f)(3)(iii): Lavatories were not provided with hand soap or similar cleansing agents shall be provided.  a) On or about February 18, 2026, at the jobsite: subcontractors were exposed to health hazards, in that, one handwashing station was observed damaged and some stations were temporarily without soap and paper towels between scheduled service intervals, while multiple additional stations remained available and accessible across the project.

29 CFR  1926.51(f)(3)(iv): Lavatories were not provided with individual hand towels or sections thereof, of cloth or paper, air blowers or clean individual sections of continuous cloth toweling, convenient to the lavatories, shall be provided.  a)On or about February 18, 2026, at the jobsite: subcontractors were exposed to health hazards, in that, the condition involved temporary maintenance and replenishment issues affecting certain handwashing stations used by subcontractor employees, and multiple alternative stations remained available across the project.
