29 CFR  1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by this standard, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more shall be guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures.  On or about February 18, 2026, at the employer's worksite located at 1313 Road G, York, Nebraska, employees engaged in maintenance activities were exposed to electrical shock and fire hazards. Live parts of electrical panel  H-1 operating at 480-volts was not guarded in accordance with this subpart.  Cabinets, and/or fittings containing energized components were not effectively closed or secured, leaving live electrical parts accessible and unguarded.
