29 CFR  1926.760(a)(1): 29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1):  Except as provided by paragraph (a)(3) of this section, each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who was on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet* (4.6m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems or fall restraint systems:  a) 306 Schillinger Rd. Mobile, AL. 36608, on or about February 19, 2026; Employees were engaging in steel erection activities installing metal roofing panels at a height of over 15 feet to the ground without the use of fall protection systems.
