29 CFR  1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury:  a) On a job site located at 328 W Bay Dr, Venice FL  On 01-08-2026, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of above 12 feet in that the Foreman ascended onto a dew covered roof of a one story home and slipped resulting in a fall. The foreman was not trained in hazard recognition by the employer.
