29 CFR  1910.263(c)(2): Gear(s) of bakery machinery, regardless of location, were not completely enclosed:   (a) On and before July 3, 2025, the employer did not ensure that the Bread Production Area Sheeter Machine was adequately guarded at the ingoing belt feed gear of the equipment. Employees were exposed to laceration and amputation hazards while cleaning the top section of the machine.    (b) On or before July 3, 2025, the employer did not ensure that Mallet Model 2001 Pan Greaser Machine(Serial #439456) in the bread production area was adequately guarded at the ingoing belt feed gear of the equipment near the only access/egress route of the inner bread production area.  Employees are required to wear loose fitting lab coats which could be potentially be caught in the active machinery.
