29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  (a) On or about February 27, 2026, at a construction site located at 1586 Green Bay Road, Kenosha, WI 53144, employees conducting decking work on a 6:12 pitch roof, on the east side of the roof of building 35 of a new residential homes, were not using fall protection. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet from roof to the ground below.
