29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  (a) Residential: On or about 2/25/26, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that employees were operating Metabo pneumatic nail gun(s) without eye protection while performing framing activities.

29 CFR  1926.451(c)(2): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames,  or uprights did not bear on base plates and mud sills or other adequate firm foundation:   (a) Residence: On or about 2/25/26 and times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of more than 13 feet above ground level in that an adequate firm foundation  was not provided while employees on a pump jack scaffold were performing siding activities.

29 CFR  1926.451(e)(1):When scaffold platforms were more than 2 feet (0.6 m) above or below a point of access, portable ladders, hook-on ladders, attachable ladders, stair towers (scaffold stairways/towers), stairway-type ladders (such as ladder stands), ramps, walkways, integral prefabricated scaffold access, or direct access from other scaffold, structure, personnel hoist, or similar surface was not used.    (a) Residence: On or about 2/25/26 and times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of more than 13 feet above ground level in that safe access was not provided to the pump jack scaffold when employees were performing siding activities.

29 CFR  1926.451(f)(7): Scaffolds were not erected, moved, dismantled, or altered, by trained and experienced employees under the supervision and direction of a competent person qualified in scaffold erection, moving, dismantling or alteration:   (a) Residence: On or about 2/25/26 and times prior the employer exposed employees to fall hazards more than 13 feet to ground level in that the pump jack scaffold was not erected under the direction of a competent person who could identify hazards such as inadequate footing, lack of safe access and no fall protection while employees were using the scaffold to perform siding activities.
