29 CFR  1910.212(a)(5):Fan blade guards, where the periphery of the blades was less than seven feet above the floor or working level, had openings larger than one half inch:  In the north side of the greenhouse, employees engaged in plant care and sales activities were exposed to amputation and lacerations hazards. The industrial ventilation fan measured approximately 64 inches from the ground and had blade guarding with openings measuring  one and one-half inch.
