29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a) 92 Morris Blvd., Stafford Township, NJ 08050: Employees engaged in framing installation and other related activities were exposed to fall hazards, roughly 25 feet to the ground surface below, when walking on and working near unprotected edges of the second-floor level roof of a residential structure without the use of fall protection. Condition observed on or about 03/11/2026.
