29 CFR  1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system:   (a) 121 2nd Street, Beach Haven, NJ 08008: Employees installing siding were working on a pump jack scaffold and were exposed to fall hazards roughly 25 to the ground surface below and were not utilizing safety nets or personal fall arrest systems. Condition observed on or about 03/11/2026.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
