29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a. On top of a structure located at  10762 Lishwood Way, Jacksonville, FL: On or about March 13, 2026, the employer exposed employees to a 20-foot 2-inch fall hazard, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees conducting framing operations.

In the interior of a structure located at  10762 Lishwood Way, Jacksonville, FL: On or about March 13, 2026, the employer exposed employees to a fall hazard, in that the top step of a 6-foot Werner step ladder was used to access the 2nd level of a structure.
