29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. On or about March 9, 2026, the employer did not provide suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes to employees who were required to work with hazardous chemicals, including but not limited to, Klean Zep Heavy-Duty Floor Stripper Concentrate a corrosive containing with a (pH 12.0 -12.8), while preparing floors.
