29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels is not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor are employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  The employer is failing to ensure that employees are protected from fall hazards while engaged in framing activities.  On or about March 16, 2026, this practice led to employees being exposed to fall hazards of 13 feet to the ground below, while installing sheathing on the roof of a residential house without the use of fall protection.  Emerge Construction Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1848634, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on January 12, 2026, with respect to a workplace located at 13867 Deer Track Ln. Parker, CO 80134.  Emerge Construction Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection number 1809588, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, and was affirmed as a Final Order on July 9, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 2465 Lupton Lane, Lafayette, CO 80026.  Emerge Construction Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection number 1789822, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, and was affirmed as a Final Order on June 12, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 16657 Promenade St, Broomfield, CO 80023.
